It would be fine. My ‘97 Riviera’s A/C is perfectly adequate, though I have a tan interior, I also have a sunroof that is missing teh slide to block out the sun.

I have owned several cars with sunroofs, had all sorts normal sunroof woes, leaks, jams, but never have I lost my shade, that's skill

I hate GM for the most part, but they can build the shit out of a compressor.

I took mine out because it was rattling. Previous owner somehow managed to take off all of the padding and upholstery that was on the shade, so it was just a piece of aluminum rattling around in my roof. Not fun.

Maybe it’s because of all of the dark grey plastics and growing up in Florida, but I’ve never been impressed. That being said, I rarely see GM ACs not working, so that’s something.
